Refusing Togay's demand to turn over the refugees, Osman Bey causes the Byzantine-Mongol alliance to be re-established. While Togay plans a major operation against Kayı Tribe, Malhun Hatun, who wants to take Osman's side in this war, confronts her father, Umur Bey.
